Fabulous new class on offer that is a fun and energetic fitness experience expressed through Latin type dance moves combined with standard aerobic, step moves.  Latin fitness is transforming a standard cardio work-out into a mix of cardio and dance. No pressure, learn at your own pace – but great fun guaranteed.  Come and join us!!  You will be amazed at the results and the ease of the transformation – the old you to the new you!  Please wear loose and comfortable clothing and soft soled shoes.
