This creative new course focuses on how to cope with the pressures and demands of modern day life and living. Problems affect us and our lives. Depression, anxiety, grief, stress and the rigours of ‘fitting into a changing world’ can get on top of us. Feelings of confusion, emptiness, hopelessness, not knowing our purpose or direction can leave us feeling stuck. Join this fantastic new class to discuss how to move on from past hurts and make your way safely and sanely through everyday challenges. This course involves writing, drawing your expressions and images, group discussion and more. You will leave equipped with some ideas to help you live a positive and healthy life.
